Form Factors
Our SIM cards come in various sizes, including regular SIM, miniSIM, microSIM, and nanoSIM. They are fully compatible with ETSI standards and are certified to meet ISO/IEC 7816-1, ISO/IEC 7816-2, and ISO/IEC 7810 specifications.
Card Formats
Our offer extends to four different card formats that support all the form factors. Our card format offering includes the full SIM, half SIM, quarter SIM and MFF2 format; a smaller form factor with the possibility to be soldered in the device.

ABS
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, a common thermoplastic polymer. Compared to other polymers provides favorable mechanical properties such as impact resistance, toughness, and rigidity.

Recycled version of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, a common thermoplastic polymer.
PVC
Polyvinyl chloride, is the world’s third-most widely produced synthetic polymer of plastic.

SIM Green Offering
Our eco SIMcard solution combines optimal shape and material choices, providing an environmentally friendly option for SIMcard implementations.
Compostable SIMs (product degradation per ASTM D3826 and ASTM D 5208-1 after 18 months under aerobe landfill conditions with average temperature of 20° C, and UV and oxygen availability), such as our SIM Green options, adhere to telecommunication standards and offer alternatives like recycled PVC, Bio PVC, recycled ABS, and other materials, reducing environmental impact while maintaining high technical standards.
Implementing half-size SIMs is an immediate environmental initiative, complemented by Valid’s comprehensive end-to-end offering, meeting industry demands for sustainability and reduced plastic usage. Packaging
The wrapper is designed to protect the cards as well as the chip in them.
It serves not only as a protector but also as an information support so that the cards can be accompanied with an added value.
Plastic Bag
For plastic bags, we utilize polypropylene, a thermoplastic known for its high chemical, mechanical, and heat resistance. Integration with environmental compensation programs helps mitigate the material’s long degradation period, ensuring sustainability.
Paper Folders
Our paper folders are crafted from recycled paper and carry FSC certifications, aligning with our commitment to eco-conscious solutions. Versatile and adaptable to all card formats, these folders can be further customized to meet specific customer needs.
Additionally, we offer a printed mini guide or a QR code for information support, providing environmentally friendly options for accompanying the card.

Value Added Services
Our value-added services encompass graphic design for customized packaging, including laser-engraved personalization and UVI printing for enhanced adhesion and quality assurance compliant with RoHs/REACH Annex 17 certifications.
Additionally, we incorporate environmentally friendly practices such as placing SIMcards in paper envelopes or folders, with options like seed paper material for eco-conscious packaging solutions.
